The Apprentice’ has received great critical and audience response after the first programme of the show was aired on TV3 22 September.

”We are thrilled with the terrific start The Apprentice has made with its launch. It is 57% up on the average for the time slot year on year and peaked at 237,000. This is the beginning of an exciting 12 week run and reaction from viewers, press, radio and Blogs has been universally extremely positive.”

Producer Larry Bass (ScreenTime ShinAwil) is equally delighted with the reception the first programme has received. “It’s a twelve week run, so we’re aiming for a slow burn that will pick up word of mouth as the public get to know the characters involved.”
