Speaker Solutions is delighted to announce the addition of chef, author, TV presenter and entrepreneur, Catherine Fulvio to our portfolio of speakers. Catherine is fast becoming a household name, having now completed two TV series for RTE and launched her first cookbook, she has made an impression on many Irish homes for providing quick and easy food suitable for family life and entertaining friends.

Although her love of food is plain to see, it’s Catherine’s entrepreneurial skills that have impressed many. Along with her Sicilian husband, Claudio Fulvio, Catherine took over the running of Ballyknocken House in 1999 from her parents and together they renovated the business creating a 4 star guesthouse and the award-winning Ballyknocken Cookery School. Since taking over Ballyknocken House, Catherine has attracted much media interest, both at home and abroad and makes regular TV and radio appearances. Her cookery programmes have been aired internationally and she makes regular guest appearances on RTE TV and Radio, Today FM, East Coast FM, UKTV Good Food and NBC.

With a very strong business & marketing background, Catherine hosts weekly scheduled courses open to the public. She also specialises in creating tailor-made courses for companies seeking alternative and highly creative team-building exercises and incentive events. Catherine has recently spoken at high profile events including the National Women’s Conference and The Irish Hotels’ Federation Annual Conference and is an accomplished and confident speaker. Her strong business background, entrepreneurial flair and her international success as a commentator, author, TV presenter, food writer and chef makes her a strong addition to any speaker line-up.
