Sonya employs a cocktail of storytelling, humour and cold hard facts to help businesses create cultures where everybody can thrive.

Women’s equity in the workplace is a passion of Sonya's and she is an advocate for and a champion of the role of men in enacting positive change. In 2018 she  became an inaugural member of the Irish cross-party parliamentary committee for gender equality in the workplace and a recognised thought leader in the area.

She tips over cultural tables, changes minds and leaves lasting impressions on leaders and their people by interrogating and challenging assumptions in a non-judgmental way. Once the table is tipped, Sonya offers a suite of solutions to correct it.

She acts as a friendly disruptor, her message is accessible and creates permission to speak about the difficulties we face in the current workplace. Those who are underrepresented don’t want to speak up, and those in power don’t want to offend. Sonya offers a range of solutions to short-circuit that impasse.

Sonya is regularly booked by companies who want to inspire their leadership teams or wider employee group. Sonya speaks about leadership, entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion and personal empowerment. She draws on a successful and varied career using storytelling to engage and deliver impact.
