Kerry has been inspiring people in the workplace to be happier, healthier, and more resilient, for over 15 years.  She began this work at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, where she worked for many years.  It was here that she developed a keen interest in how stress affects people, and how the mind and body are so closely linked with overall health and wellbeing.

Kerry became the organisation’s first “holistic” therapist, providing Shiatsu (a bodywork therapy similar to acupuncture) sessions to staff, and later, Yoga classes.

Her workplace sessions have since evolved, and now include practical wellbeing talks covering topics such as mental health, resilience, mindfulness, men’s health, healthy back, and more.  Kerry has brought her unique sessions to over 150 top corporates and organisations.  Her unique practical and collaborative sessions equip people with effective tools and insights to help them deal positively with everyday stress, challenges and common complaints (including backache, headaches, fatigue and anxiety).  Blending the ancient mind/body practices of shiatsu, yoga and meditation, with modern coaching tools and insights, her sessions are an effective way to support people in today’s complex environment.

Because she has spent many years working in pressured, office-based roles, Kerry understands the challenges people experience, both physically and mentally.  Her unique combination of skills, experience and interest in peoples’ general wellbeing, is ideally suited to helping individuals feel well, both in and out of the workplace.

Kerry has another offering that is very close to her heart – she helps women connect with their own inner wisdom and intuition, to find the clarity they need to make the best decisions around their personal fulfilment and wellbeing.  In particular, she helps women contemplating a non-conventional path to motherhood.  Kerry understands the challenges involved in making this decision - she gave birth to her baby girl at 49, having made the painstaking decision to pursue solo motherhood.

Kerry believes that the qualities of clarity, courage and wisdom that women need to make the best out of our one life, are naturally present.  But we often need support and gentle guidance to access them.  This is what Kerry is deeply passionate about, and always aspires to do.

The 5 Steps to Happiness seminar was a great success amongst our employees! They thoroughly enjoyed Kerry’s presentation.
