A dynamic, charismatic and compelling communicator, he has produced and written several documentaries about mental health and performance psychology, and has worked closely with government and the EU parliament to further influence the discussion and development of future policy in mental health and wellbeing.
With degrees in Economics and Sociology both from University College Dublin, a Higher Certificate in Performance Psychology from IADT and a Masters in Mindfulness Based Interventions from the School of Psychology in UCD, Niall continues to extend his work further internationally. An Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and IADT his work has been highly recognised from his peers and colleagues.
As founder and Creative Director of the mental health advocacy charity A Lust for Life, have further contributed significantly to his standing as a key figure in the evolving conversation around mental health in Ireland. His work in establishing this organisation and driving its mission has led to numerous social entrepreneurship awards including the prestigious Social Entrepreneur Ireland Impact award, The Social Innovation Fund and the Google Impact Award. Next year, A Lust for Life are piloting a ground breaking educational programme in this space.
Niall consults closely with multiple international corporate organisations from all sectors and industries and leaders/leadership teams in the creative management of stress and the development and implementation of wellbeing strategies.
