Lisa Fallon is a high-performance Strategy Specialist and UEFA Pro License Manager/Coach – this is the highest UEFA coaching badge a person can have. Lisa is also a top sports columnist and commentator – she was the first female football panellist on national TV in Ireland to cover men’s international and Champions League matches. She was the first ever female to be a head coach in the professional men’s game in Ireland or the UK.
Lisa’s expertise in analysis and the development and execution of high-performance strategies have led her to being involved with some of the highest profile teams in soccer and football including roles and honours such as: Team Analyst for five years with Northern Ireland Men’s National Team including qualification for, and reaching the last 16 of Euro 2016; Head Coach of Galway United men’s first team; a crucial member of the Dublin Men’s 5-in-a-row All Ireland Winning Senior Football Backroom Team, Game Strategy Coach with Chelsea FC Women.
She is also currently serving on the Board of Paralympics Ireland as a non-executive Director and is Chair of their High Performance Committee and is in her second term on Sport Ireland's Women In Sport committee and chairs their coaching working
