Lisa Fallon is an elite-level football coach/manager, a high-performance Strategy Specialist, and a UEFA Pro License holder from Dublin. She is a highly respected sports professional with a strong, proven track record of success in elite sport. Lisa has shattered glass ceilings throughout her career, from her time as a sports reporter to her key leadership positions over the last decade. Currently, Lisa works alongside Arsene Wenger as a FIFA Global Development Advisor.

As the first-ever female head coach in professional men’s football in Ireland and the UK, Lisa has demonstrated her expertise in tactical analysis and the development and execution of high-performance strategies. Currently, she serves as FIFA’s Football Content Tournament Lead in the Global Football Development Division, showcasing her involvement with some of the highest-profile teams in soccer and football.

Lisa’s previous roles include being the First Team Head Coach at Galway United men’s first team, Head Coach of London City Lionesses (FA Women’s Championship), a member of Dublin GAA’s senior men’s All-Ireland winning backroom team, Head of Analysis and first team coach at Cork City FC men’s first team, Game Strategy, and Tactical coach with Chelsea Women FC, and Team Analyst for five years with the Northern Ireland Men’s National Team.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Lisa is a devoted Mum, has two rescue dogs, and is a strong advocate for the development of people-centered, high-performance cultures that strive for excellence. She holds positions as a member of the Olympic Federation of Ireland’s Gender Equality Commission, a Non-Executive Director of Paralympics Ireland, and Chair of their High-Performance Committee. Lisa also serves on Sport Ireland’s Women in Sport Committee and is Chair of their Coaching Working Group.

Lisa’s work in media includes being the first female football panellist on national TV in Ireland to cover men’s international and Champions League matches.
