Ciara has a passion for learning and has built WorkJuggle into a dynamic training organisation. WorkJuggle runs workplace readiness programmes for women returners and graduates.
Ciara has worked with many high-profile Irish companies on their Diversity & Inclusion strategies, as well as training organisations on key developmental areas, such as Unconscious Bias and Female Leadership.
WorkJuggle was named as one of Silicon Republic’s top Irish Start-ups 2018. Since then Ciara has taken the business from strength to strength and was a recent finalist for the Entrepreneur Award at the 2022 Diversity in Tech Awards and as one of 100 Women Changing Ireland by The Irish Examiner.
Ciara regularly speaks at a variety of private and public events and conferences and hosted one of the most well-attended sessions at the Women in Tech conference in Dublin’s convention centre. Most recently, Ciara spoke at the Trinity Business Forum as part of their International Women’s Day speaker series.
Ciara has been a notable contributor to the Irish technology industry over the past fifteen years, holding senior roles in blue chip companies, such as Accenture, Eir and Meteor. Ciara holds a Masters in Applied Computing.
