As the co-founder of Dublin's Insight Matters Psychotherapy Centre, Dil guides a team of over 100 therapists in supporting more than 600 weekly clients both nationally and internationally. In her role as a psychotherapist, she works with individuals and couples, focusing on areas such as Gender, Sex, Relationship Diversity, and Queer Affirming Sexology.

In her personal life, Dil and her wife, Anne Marie, have embraced polyamory, expanding their family with their respective partners and children. This unique family structure demonstrates Dil's commitment to challenging societal expectations and embracing love in all its forms.
